Manuel is a dual qualified Spanish ‘abogado’ and English solicitor specialising in real estate and real estate finance transactions.

After more than a decade working in major national and international firms (KPMG, Eversheds-Sutherland, Baker McKenzie and Pérez-Llorca) Manuel set up ‘Caballer’ from where he and his team advise international private individuals and companies on their real estate purchases, sales and financings in Spain.

Carlos is a Spanish abogado specialising in real estate and real estate finance transactions. Carlos also handles real estate-related dispute resolution and litigation.
After three years working for a well established mid-market national firm (Lener), Carlos joined Caballer from where he advises private individuals and companies in their real estate and real estate finance transactions.
